As a result, our inverter was constantly switching between the grid and the battery, which eventually led to the PCB board inside the inverter getting damaged. When the customer reported this issue to us, I  immediately escalated it to our engineers. They promptly scheduled a video call with the customer to investigate the root cause.

After identifying the issue, we swiftly shipped a complete set of replacement main boards to the customer, ensuring we address their urgent needs. We provided detailed instructions and guidance for the customer to install the replacement boards. Once installed, the inverter started functioning normally again.
